Exercise and weight loss - is there anything in it?

Will Exercise help your New Year Diet?

Of course it will! If like me you have been overdoing it during the holidays and now want to lose the extra pounds you have gained, dieting can be drastically improved by taking some form of exercise. You don't need to go hell for leather at it - taking a walk every day is a good place to start.

When you feel more energetic you could upgrade to a jog, or better still, join a dance class. Gentle exercise that
